There is good news and bad news to report regarding the Aimbot #50104 violation in Call of Duty 4.

The Bad News:

Evenbalance have responded to the evidence we submitted with a refusal to lift the Global GUID bans and will continue to kick & ban for this violation. Their explanation basically tells us that ALL the GUIDS they have banned have at some point been used to cheat with a private paid for hack, but not necessarily by those people who are banned here on GV. A keylogger is involved so many of you are victims of CDkey theft.

The Good News:

Because of the amount of players who may have fallen victim to this, and with no clear evidence to say who has cheated and who hasn't, GV have yet again decided to play devils advocate and come up with a compromise.

The bans will remain on our banlist (there is no point to remove them as they are Globally Banned and cannot be used in PB protected servers anyway), but we will unlink the CB account information and talk with the CoD4/ESL/FPSleague Game Supervisors regarding the removal of suspensions.

This of course means that anyone affected by Aimbot #50104 will now need to purchase another copy of CoD4 in order to continue playing - not an ideal solution to the problem but it is better than being suspended in the leagues in which you compete.

Please note: GV will continue to ban for this violation so please be more careful and think twice before clicking links on forums, websites, IRC, xfire and MSN etc.

#7 No lo has entendido bien, me referia a que si se pilla a alguien con cheats que se ponga el nombre del que se ha pillado no el clan, ya que eso es echar mierda por echar.

Si te fijas en el ban se llama ( <3 all ) , luego miro clan base y pongo toda la informacion de esa guid incluyendo los clanes a los que pertenece y sus diferentes nombres.

P.d cuando se pilla a un cheto en tu clan solo puedes ponerte triste y despues echarlo a los leones por el marron. No puedes esperar que no se diga a que clan pertenece...

Lo que dice es que en algun momento esa guid ha usado cheats pero que quizas ha sido robada por un keyloger,de error nada.
